In accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation or GDR), please find below some information concerning this data collection:
1) The data controller's representative is the CEO of Inria.

3) The purpose of the processing is enabling « the joint IFAC SSSC TDS COSY 2025 » participants registration and ensuring the proper organization of this conférence.
4) The legal basis of the processing is the performance of a task carried out in the public interest.
5) The only recipients of your data are: Inria, the members of the Conference Steering and Logistics Committee and the company Vert Com which provides the registration platform for the joint IFAC SSSC TDS COSY 2025.
6) Your data will be kept for the following periods:
   a) for affiliation, profile and IFAC identification number: from the date registration opens (i.e. March 27, 2025) to sixty (60) days after the end of the conference (i.e. until September 2, 2025).
   b) for photographs in which you appear, taken during the joint IFAC SSSC TDS COSY 2025: publication on the ScienceConf website for a period of one (1) year from the end of the conference.
   c) for video recordings of plenary speakers’ presentations: broadcast on the ScienceConf website and on the IFAC YouTube channel for a period of one year from the end of the conference.
   d) in order to comply their legal obligations, Inria and the company Vert Com will keep your following data - surname, first name, email address, billing address, documents relating to billing and payment - for a period of 10 years from the end of the conference.
7) You can access your personal data or request their deletion. You also have a right of opposition, a right of rectification and a right to limit the processing of your data (see https://www.cnil.fr for more information on your rights). To exercise these rights or for any question about the processing of your data in this system, you can contact the DPO electronically: dpo@inria.fr
8) At any time, you may decide to stop the processing and request the erasure of your collected data.
9) If, after contacting us, you consider that your IT rights and freedoms are not respected or that the processing does not comply with data protection rules, you can send a complaint with the CNIL to following postal address: Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy 75007 PARIS.
