ESWW19 Conference

Free complementary one year membership to E-SWAN

We invite you to become a member of the European Space Weather and Space Climate Association (E-SWAN). E-SWAN is an international non-profit association established in April 2022 that aims to unite, sustain, and develop Space Weather and Space Climate activities in Europe. Any person with an interest in Space Weather or Space Climate can become a member of E-SWAN, regardless of their national origin or residence, European or not. All members are welcome to participate actively on the Association's initiatives, discussions and voting.
The second General Assembly of E-SWAN will occur during the ESWW (physically and remotely). By joining the association, you will receive all the preparatory documents, and you will be entitled to participate in the assembly and to vote to decide the Association orientations.

By selecting this option, you will receive a coupon in the coming weeks that will allow you to register as an E-SWAN member on the E-SWAN website for free.

Extra material

For ecological reasons, we will reduce our paper printing as much as possible. The conference program and abstracts booklet will be available online on the conference website and mobile app. If you still wish to have a paper version, we suggest that you print it yourself. If you would like us to print it for you, we will ask you for a symbolic financial contribution (extra cost: 5 €).

For ecological reasons, we are limiting gifts and goodies to young researchers who are participating at one of their first conference

Registration fee includes lunch and coffee breaks:
   - ESWW participant: 80 €
   - Non-ESWW participant: 160 €

These fees are charged in addition to the ESWW fee.

E-SWAN Workshop: Can space activities be made environmentally sustainable?

This workshop is open to ESWW participants only. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The additional fee (see below) covers the workshop, the optional fresk from 9:00-12:00, and lunch from 12:00-13:30.

Registration fee includes lunches, coffee breaks and fresk/collage activities:
   - ESWW participant + E-SWAN member: 60€
   - Student ESWW participant + E-SWAN member: 40€
   - ESWW participant + non E-SWAN member: 90€
   - Student ESWW participant + non E-SWAN member: 70€

These fees come in addition to that for the ESWW

Each of them lasts 3 hours, so please choose only one.
