The Cancellation Fee:
For cancellations until two months before the conference, i.e. April 12, 2023, all fees will be refunded, subject to the 50 € cancellation fee related to the administrative costs. Please note, the bank transfer charges are on participant's own responsibility.
After April 12, 2023, no refunds will be made.
However, considering the sanitary crisis and it erratic evolution, if the in-person participation is no more possible due to travel ban or very restrictive recommendations we will automatically switch the in-person registrations to in-distance ones. The difference between the in-person and in-distance registration fees will be fully reimbursed by the organizer.
